Overview
The Court Referral Program exists to assist courts in the management of cases by networking all available state and community resources to promote the education and rehabilitation of court-ordered defendants. This program encourages responsible behavior, positive decision making and the reduction of recidivism through the presentation of accurate information to defendants. The Court Referral Officer is the link between the court system and the community resources available to meet the needs of the defendant.
